Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (55 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused with all its original price tagging on it)

For the later two options above, we may request you to send a substantial proof (for example send us a photo of the defective product), once approved your return request will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email from us. In case of return we will issue you the credit note of the exact amount of the product that you can use in your next purchase from Prolisma.

Note: All credit notes are valid until 6 months from the date of issuance.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster, not cleared by customs (this is as per your countries custom law usually high budget heavy products like TV doesn’t gets easy custom clearance)).

Cancellation/Exchange Policy:

No orders are cancelled once its placed. If you want to exchange any product you can submit exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page. Once approved we will process your request. Exchanges are subject to availability of the product in stock. Otherwise we will issue you the credit note of the exact amount of the product that you can use in your next purchase from Prolisma.
